Wide range of steel grades

Continuous cast billets are made from carbon, alloy and bearing steels and several other grades of special-purpose steel.

Use of high-quality iron ore in the steelmaking process

DRI, HBI, hot metal and pig iron are used for steelmaking.

Secondary metallurgy

Ladle Refining Furnaces (LRFs) and Vacuum Tank Degasser (VTDs) are used.

Low level of harmful impurities

The use of proprietary high-quality iron ore minimises levels of harmful impurities and residual elements in the steel products.

Quality control

Production is quality-controlled at accredited laboratories.
